ROBINS AIR BASE WING, Ga. -- The following airman was found guilty at a general court-martial:

February 2017

 A 461st Air Control Wing Airman First Class was found guilty by members of one charge and one specification of premeditated murder, and one charge and one specification of the death of an unborn child. The member was sentenced to life in confinement without the possibility of parole, a reduction to E-1, total forfeitures and a dishonorable discharge.

The following Airmen received nonjudicial punishment in accordance with Article 15, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), and AFI 51-202:

January 2017

A 461st Air Control Wing officer made a false official statement regarding transportation on a TDY, and fraudulently submitted a false travel voucher. The commander issued a forfeiture of $612 pay per month for two months, suspending the portion of the forfeitures in excess of $200 pay per month for two months and reprimanded the member.

A 78th Air Base Wing Airman failed to report to duty twice. The commander reduced the Airman to the rank of Airman Basic, suspended a forfeiture of $799 pay per month for two months and reprimanded the member.

A 461st Air Control Wing Senior Airman failed to report to duty, and made two false official statements. One statement included signing an AF Form 4446 the member knew to be false. The commander suspended the member’s reduction to Airman First Class, issued a forfeiture of pay for one month and reprimanded the member.

A 461st Air Control Wing Senior Airman failed to report to duty multiple times, and falsified an official record, specifically an AF IMT 1975. The commander reduced the member to Airman First Class and reprimanded the member.

A 78th Air Base Wing Senior Airman was derelict in the performance of duty by failing to process required paperwork, and made a false official statement with regards to the dereliction of duty. The commander reduced the member to Airman First Class and reprimanded the member.

February 2017

A 461st Air Control Wing Senior Airman wrongfully used methamphetamine and methylphenidate on multiple occasions. The commander reduced the member to airman first class and reprimanded the member.
  
A 78th Air Base Wing Senior Airman made three false official statements. One statement included providing a certificate the member knew to be false. The commander suspended the member’s reduction to airman first class, issued a forfeiture of $306 pay for two months, seven days extra duty and reprimanded the member.

March 2017 

A 5th Combat Communications Group Airman First Class communicated indecent language to a child under the age of 16 years, and wrongfully possessed child pornography. Because the family refused to cooperate, the member was reduced to airman basic, reprimanded and discharged.

A 461st Air Control Wing Airman First Class failed to report to duty multiple times, and falsified an official record, specifically an AF IMT 1975. The commander reduced the member to Airman Basic and reprimanded the member.

A 78th Air Base Wing Senior Airman left a place of duty without authorization and was derelict in performance of duty by failing to maintain control of an assigned item. The commander reduced the member to airman first class and reprimanded the member.

 A 78th Air Base Wing Senior Airman was derelict in the performance of duty by failing to follow a relevant Air Force Instruction. The commander issued a forfeiture of $307 pay per month for two months, 14 days extra duty and reprimanded the member.

April 2017


A 78th Air Base Wing Senior Airman was derelict in the performance of duty by failing to file a required report, and made two false official statements regarding the dereliction. The commander suspended the member’s reduction to Airman First Class and reprimanded the member.
